Get Ready for Ponytail Pond Hockey

Not ready for the hockey season to end just yet? You're not alone! The Chiller Ponytail Pond Hockey presented by COGH is a great way to ease out of the season, meet up with some cool hockey girls, and play some fun, casual games. The true "pond hockey" nature of PPH is the primary difference between Ponytail Pond Hockey and the Perani's Pond Hockey League. Registered players are organized by age and skill and COGH coaches manage cross-ice games like drop-in style based on who is at the rink each week. The cross-ice format allows plenty of puck touches. Supervision and safety are paramount but coaching is minimal to let the players experiment and grow their hockey instincts in a controlled environment.

Now that you're interested in Ponytail Pond, register HERE to reserve your player's spot on the ice!

Safety First!

We all love the game and seeing our favorite small player out there hustling and smiling, but before the fun and games comes the safety element. COGH is committed to providing the safest environment for our players. COGH supports the use of all age appropriate safety equipment, including cut-resistant neck guard, wrist sleeves, and socks to protect vulnerable areas that other equipment doesn’t always cover adequately. If you have questions about equipment, sizing, or specifications, please ask us! Safety is not just a best practice, it's in our mission!

COGH Board of Trustees

Central Ohio Girls’ Hockey (COGH) is dedicated to building a strong community of female players and providing focus and opportunities for girls to train and learn to play ice hockey in a fun, safe, and developmental environment. We emphasize core values of fun, confidence, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a lifelong love of the game of ice hockey.
